FINAL ARCHTECTURAL PLANS IN PROCESS — As this note comes to you, our primary vendor (for the new Prayer Center & Atrium at Emerald Hills) is preparing final construction documents. Armed with those (probably in the next 10 days or so), our Facility Coordinator, Joe Wilson, will seek final approval from the city to build. As soon as that permit is granted, we're off to the races. Construction will depend largely on funding, weather, funding, volunteers, funding, the Lord, and funding. 🙂 We have about $330,000 in cash and commitments toward a total building cost of approximately $700,000. (That figure is still a very round number [Doug's guess] until we have final construction documents in hand.) Please pray for approval to build as well as for funding, volunteers, and good weather.
