Give thanks to God for raising up Christian teachers to serve in Japan. Ask God to empower workers to be a light to international students in their classrooms at Okinawa Christian School International. Many of the children do not hear the name of Jesus anywhere else.
2019-05-15: Workers in a Sensitive Country.
Some of our workers in a security sensitive country in Asia continue to face uncertainty about how long they will be able to serve in their present locations. Ask God for His wisdom, peace, and courage to face each day as well as make decisions for the future.
2019-05-14: Workers in Asia.
Pray for Christian workers in Asia. Pray for a peaceful resolution to conflict in Yemen. Pray that workers and believers in countries which are not open to the message of Jesus will have boldness and courage to proclaim truth in the face of adversity.
2019-05-13: Never Heard the Gospel.
| There are many people and entire people groups who have never heard the Gospel. Pray for the many networks of missionaries who focus on the most unreached places in the world. Pray specifically for a viable Christian witness in India, Pakistan, China, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Japan, Iran, Turkey, Thailand, and Nigeria. |
2019-05-12: Innovative Tools and Strategies.
| Praise God for innovative tools and strategies to help spread the Gospel in a socialist republic on the Indochina Peninsula. Pray for harvest workers to be fruitful in reaching the Tai Dam. |
2019-05-11: Mekong Multiply.
Mekong Multiply is an initiative to bring the hope of Jesus Christ to the peoples in Southeast Asia. The primary approach is to share the Gospel in a reproducible way and to plant simple house churches led by local believers, which can multiply a movement in each of the unreached tribes. Mekong Multiply seeks to mobilize both expatriate and national harvest workers to be involved in church multiplication movements. Pray for opportunities to share the vision and mission of Mekong Multiply in the United States. Pray for U.S. volunteers to join the Mekong Multiply Task Force.

| Mekong Multiply seeks to identify unreached people groups in Southeast Asia and recruit, train and mobilize workers from far and near to engage each one using Disciple/Church Multiplication Movement approach until they are all reached. Pray for the Hmong and Khmu translations of evangelistic materials for the sake of these peoples. |

2019-05-08: Regions of Asia.
Praise God for Team Expansion workers serving in several different regions of Asia. Pray for disciple making movements and church multiplication movements to take place among the Mongolians, the Kyrgyz, the Northern Dong, the Han, the Uyghur, the Tai Dam, the Khmer, the Mien, the Malay, the Gayo, the Cham, the Kui, the Adi Galong, the Chakma, and the Mishmi.
2019-05-07: Good King Asa.
Judah’s good king Asa prayed in 2 Chronicles 14:11, “LORD, there is no one like you to help the powerless against the mighty. Help us, O LORD our God, for we rely on you, and in your name we have come against this vast army. O LORD, you are our God; do not let man prevail against you.” The enemy was crushed before the LORD and His forces! Praise God that He still answers this prayer on behalf of Team Expansion workers going out to rescue the unreached peoples of the world. Ask God to continue to tear down barriers so that the Gospel might be preached where it has never been preached before.
