2011-01-08: First 24 Hours of Light the Fire.
The first 24 hours of Light the Fire at Emerald Hills will conclude in just a few minutes. What a blessing! The prayer room is so inviting. Makes you want to stay all day! It is so cozy to sit in front of the big window in the atrium, wrapped in a comforter, and read the Word of God while others pray in the prayer room. Thank You, God, for a beautiful place to pray and retreat. Bless those who are now beginning the second 24 hours of Light the Fire at Emerald Hlls. May it be a blessing to those who pray as they bless others by praying.

2011-01-07: Light the Fire.
Tonight, a delegation from Northside Christian Church in New Albany, Indian, will be coming to Emerald Hills to pass the torch to Emerald Hills. At 7 p.m., the first 24/7 week of prayer will have been completed by the Northside church. Team Expansion will accept the torch from Northside and fan the flame for another week of 24/7 prayer. Please pray that the flame might burn brightly as we dedicate ourselves to a week of prayer before passing the torch to River Valley Christian Church on January 14.

2011-01-06: Ministry of Emerald Hills.
As a ministry tool, Emerald Hills is like nothing else we have ever been a part of.
Church members are mentored along side of missionary specialists. When workers need to come home from the field, Emerald Hills serve as a buffer zone for a time of "decompression" and debriefing before facing family and friends. Please pray that Emerald Hills might long continue to be used as a place to train, minister to, pray for, and care for missionaries.

As a training tool, Emerald Hills has become a training resource like no other. It houses a number of critical resource for short and long term workers. It serves as a hub for new and returning workers to come and participate in some of the best training in the country and to be cared for. Praise God for this testimoney! Ask God to continue to bless and enlarge the territory of Emerald Hills as a place to train and care for workers.
2011-01-04: Fasting and Prayer Team Development.
Pray for spiritual protection for Launch participants at Emerald Hills today. There is likely to be a mighty battle in the heavenly realms as candidates learn more about fasting, participate in fasting, and receive instruction on how to develop their prayer teams. Prayer is the crucial strategy in reaching the unreached with the Gospel. The enemy does not want this to happen.
