2006-01-03: Pray for Prayer Pavilion
Ask God to send volunteers to erect a pre-cut kit at Emerald Hills to serve as a Prayer Pavilion. This shelter will be used eight months out of the year for prayer gatherings, worship, picnics, break-out groups during training sessions, campfires, and the start/finish point for prayer walks, hikes, and Discovery Treks.

2006-01-03: Volunteers needed
Ask God to send volunteers to help with several projects at the Freedom Barn. Pray for people who can help with the mudding and sanding of the rest rooms and offices as well as those who can finish the last 30% of the ductwork and do some painting in the office and rest rooms.

2006-01-03: Freedom Barn is ready
Praise God that the Freedom Barn is now ready to use! There is even heat via a geothermal furnace which keeps the temperature inside the Barn at 64 degrees despite colder temperatures outside. Thank God for the many volunteers who have cut the cost of the project by $7,000.
2006-01-03: Pray for safety for the workers
Pray for our volunteers as they handle power tools and machinery. Pray that God would keep them all safe. So far, so good. We are now three years into the project with no serious accidents or injuries. Praise God!
