The snow was sooooooo beautiful, but it did slow down progress in the construction area of Emerald Hills. Ask God for a few more days of good weather (like yesterday!) to catch up on tasks that will allow for the cement being poured in preparation for the arrival of the cedar log package at the the end of March.

2008-03-05: Pond.
Praise God for the completion of the excavation of the pond! Joe brought in video footage yesterday. With all the rain we had, the pond looked more like a lake. You could hear the rushing water as it spilled over the spillway. Amazing! Just a few days ago, the heavy duty equipment was pushing dirt everywhere; now there's this huge body of water. How exciting to watch the development of Emerald Hills!
