2009-04-04: God Is Answering.
God is answering our prayers concerning the technology issues at Emerald Hills. Continue to pray that the door control panel can be repaired so that we do not have to purchase a new one. The phone people were able to come out yesterday and begin working on the phone problems. The server appears to be restoring. Praise God and continue to pray.

2009-04-02: Technical Difficulties.
This week has been filled with technical difficulties following what appears to have been a power surge, possibly caused by a lightning strike, some time after the dedication of the Prayer Center and Atrium on Saturday afternoon. Damage to property (such as the main panel for the door-locking system, network cards in computers, phone switches, etc.) is mounting to thousands of dollars and resulting in disruption to service. Pray for a quick resolution to the problems and for warranties and insurance to cover the cost of damage, repairs, and replacements.

Please pray for the sale of the Hopewell House, the building which housed International Services before the move to Emerald Hills. That sale will go a long way to help with the financing of the Prayer Center and Atrium at Emerald Hills. The Hopewell House is already listed. Pray that we can get it cleaned up and in condition for the realtor to show.

Pray that technological problems possibly resulting from a ightning strike or power surge can be corrected. As of last night, the fire alarm system and four phones had been restored. Pray that Emerald Hills can be back up and running 100% today.

Joe Wilson, Facilities Manager at Emerald Hills, and his family are leaving for a well-deserved vacation today. Pray for their safety and for a fun and relaxing time as a family.

Give God the glory for providing means & resources to dedicate the Prayer Center and Atrium today. Pray that this building will always be used to pray for the nations and the millions of un-reached people around the world.

2009-03-27: Leadership Task Force.
Please pray for Team Expansion's Leadership Task Force (board of directors) as they travel to Emerald Hills today. Several are volunteering for a work day beginning this morning. The meeting will begin with the evening meal tonight. Pray for a productive work day and times of good fellowship among the board members and International Services staff as they labor together during the day and meet tonight to review Team Expansion fields, pray, and plan for the future.
