Jesus came to proclaim freedom for the captives. Approximately 6,700 unreached people groups are still held captive because they do not have the knowledge that Jesus is the Son of God and is able to set them free from the bondage under which they are living. Pray that Emerald Hills will always be a place from which the cry for freedom for these peoples rings.

2009-07-03: PACE Partners.
Join us in asking God to raise up new partners as a result of PACE Luncheons held at Emerald Hills the past two days. Pray that these churches will commit to adopting a people group in order to establish an indigenous church planting movement among people who have never yet heard the hope of Christ.
2009-07-02: PACE Luncheon.
Praise God that representatives from 14 churches are attending a PACE (Team Expansion's strategy for reaching unreached people) luncheon today at Emerald Hills. Pray that those representing each church will go back to serve as catalysts for their churches to adopt an unreached people group in an effort to establish an indigenous church-planting movement among them.

2009-06-29: Busy Day.
It's another busy day at Emerald Hills today! Pray for strong backs for the crew who is uncovering carpet, padding, and display items in the Freedom Barn this morning and loading it all into a rental truck to deliver to the Kentucky Convention Center to set up Team Expansion's six space booth at the North American Christian Convention.
2009-06-28: Resounding Praises.
Praise God for the WONDERFUL banquet and ooncert at Emerald Hills last night. Thank Him for the approximately 100 people who attended, including 30 adult missionaries and30 MKs who are attending Homecoming, a four-day event for furloughing Team Expansion workers with the purpose of renewing, refreshing, relaxing, recasting, and rediscovering. God was praised and glorified during the concert, prayer and praise time, food and fellowship. May praise to God forever resound from Emerald Hills.

2009-06-27: Homecoming Banquet and Concert.
Team Expansion workers who are attending Homecoming (a four-day event for missonaries on home service) will be gathering, Lord willing, at Emerald Hills tonight for a banquet and a concert. Pray that the missionaries who attend will feel like they are coming home. Ask God for a relaxed and enjoyable evening for each of them.

2009-06-26: Freedom Barn.
Praise God for the Freedom Barn which serves as housing for short-term work groups and for storage for equipment and materials for Team Expanson. The Flip-Flop girls from Missouri used the barn to sleep last night when they arrived to help with Team Expansion's Homecoming.
Pray for those who are in the planning and fund-raising stages of hopefully framing walls within the barn to provided bunkhouse style housing. Right now, short-term guests sleep on air mattresses on the floor.
2009-06-25: Day of Prayer and Fasting.
Pray for the staff at International Services to be diligent in prayer and intercession for the nations, for harvest workers, for new projects and partnerships, and for the organization to be used for God's glory. Ask God to protect the hours between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. so that each staff member can be totally devoted and engaged in the concert of prayer at Emerald Hills today.
