Give thanks for the opportunity to share in a retreat with 5 families serving in Central Asia.  Pray for God’s Spirit to lead in every element of the retreat, to build up the team, and encourage the children in their walk with our Savior.

Praise God for what HE is doing with ZUME translations! English, Farsi, Hindi, Indonesia Spanish, Somali, and Thai are now available on the ZUME Project website. This free online course is a great introduction to the essential skills, principles, and tools of making disciples. Ask God to provide translation teams in French, Yoruba, Hausa, and Korean. Pray for God to equip the Telugu and Arabic Zume translation teams to finish strong.

Praise God, the Provider of all things. Ask God to provide additional funding for workers serving in Masasi, Tanzania.

Praise God for effective coaching and deputation training for new recruits joining Team Expansion. Pray God goes before those who are being trained this week to raise up prayer warriors and financial partners to send and sustain these new harvest workers to serve among people groups who have not heard the Good News of Jesus. Pray they will make an impact for Jesus while they raise support as well as when they arrive on field.

“And the gospel must first be preached to all the nations.” (Mark 13:10) Pray for the entire people group of Rifi Berbers. Pray the Lord will reveal Himself in ways appropriate to the Berbers, perhaps including dreams and visions. Pray the Berbers be given hearts to seek Him.

Praise God for believers in “Aslan.” Pray for the followers of Christ to be effective in demonstrating how Jesus blesses and heals families and communities. The Lord is building his church among the Berbers. Pray believers will be properly taught the Scriptures, that they will fully comprehend the Gospel of grace, and that they will become mature and settled in the faith. Pray for their boldness to share the Gospel.

Launching new recruits into mission work is exciting! Team Expansion asks God for more workers, and He continues to raise them up. Pray that God will supply for each individual and family through committed prayer and financial partners. Ask God to provide for their every need in the preparation stage and provide favor in culture and language learning when they arrive on field. Pray this new batch of workers who are being trained at Emerald Hills this week will be effective and successful disciple makers wherever they may go.

Pray for children of new Team Expansion workers attending Launch to understand that they also have a role on the mission field. Pray for cooperative spirits in their own training for moving to a foreign land and culture.

The year 2018 was the best ever for our organization in results of disciple-making via harvest workers being trained in and practicing Disciple Making Movement principles/Zume. Praise God for 6280+ baptisms, 1693+ groups started, and 48,375+ attendance. We believe by faith that this fruit will pale in comparison to what God is about to do. Praise God and yet pray like you never have before as this kind of activity draws the wrong kind of attention. We are already seeing that many of the movement catalysts seem to be on the hit list of the enemy. Keep praying for protection, healing, boldness, and perseverance for these men and women who are forging this path of multiplying disciples and churches among the unreached peoples of the world!

Prayer is an essential element to our Christian lives and our personal walk with God. Prayer is also foundational for Disciple Making Movements (DMMs). If we want to see disciples multiply in North Africa, we need a multitude of people praying for North Africa and for the people who live there. Ask God to raise up intercessors for the nations of North Africa.
