“I made it beautiful with abundant branches…” (Ez 31:9) God certainly has made Emerald Hills a beautiful place and provided abundant branches for building cohesiveness among teams.

Praise God that this past 2016 has been the best year for DSOTO thus far. Discipleship School of the Outdoors is practical a instruction program that promotes personal growth and builds teams in the great outdoors of Emerald Hills. Ask God to raise up more experiential education facilitators for the outdoor challenge course team building.

“And the Lord God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground – trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food…” (Gen 2:9a) Discipleship School of the Outdoors is an experiential education program that fosters personal growth and builds teams in an outdoor learning environment. Pray that more schools, colleges, universities, sports teams, churches, businesses, and corporate groups would take advantage of DSOTO at Emerald Hills.

“Blessed is the man who places trust and confidence in the Lord. He will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream … and never fails to bear fruit.” (Jer. 17:7-8)

Team Expansion recognizes the 8^th birthday of the Prayer Center and Atrium this month and celebrates God’s providence for its origin. Praise His name! From meager beginnings in Montevideo, God has raised up some 500 churches consisting of nearly 17,000 worshipers! Pray that God will provide for the current facility at Emerald Hills to be completely paid off and for the next phase of development to be funded to provide housing, training, and third culture kid space.

“It is a land the Lord your God cares for; the eyes of the Lord your God are continually on it from the beginning of the year to its end.” (Deut. 11:11) Over the next 10 years, Team Expansion feels God is calling us to partner with local churches to double the number of workers, double the number of teams, and double the number of unreached peoples with whom we are working. Pray for this monumental outcome to happen by God’s power. Ask God to supply His resources to find, select, prepare, and send those workers.

Praise God for answering our prayers through Team Expansion leadership and good friends around the globe, “How can we double the number of workers who will then help multiply church planting and disciple making movements?” Ask God to empower the plan in place to expand Emerald Hills’ campus that will exponentially multiply the number of churches and baptisms that can happen per year around the globe. “Your father’s blessings are greater than the blessings of the ancient mountains, than the bounty of the age-old hills.” (Gen 49:26)

“You will know that your children will be many, and your descendants like the grass of the earth.” (Job 5:25) Team Expansion’s core concept is to train new workers like crazy until they eat, sleep and breathe church multiplication. Then coach them into success as they labor among some of the world’s least informed, least reached, and often unengaged and Bible-less cities and people groups. And watch God at work. Pray for committed partners to raise funding needed to build housing and dedicated training space so that more disciples may be multiplied.

God said. And it was so. “The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good.” (Gen 1:12) Give thanks to God for providing a 61-acre campus for Team Expansion’s home office named Emerald Hills. Creating a fully equipped prayer and mission training center is critical. Pray we listen to His voice and obey His commands for us as an organization.

For Team Expansion, the month of March highlights 8 years being located on the campus of Emerald Hills, a paradise of green. Praise God for those who have been trained and sent out into the nations to model disciple making and church planting. Pray that God would start 24 disciples making movements among unreached peoples by 2024 so that more peoples will have the right to eat from the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God (Rev 2:7b).

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.” (John 3:16-17) Praise God for His love and compassion for people He created and for sending His Savior Son into the world. Pray His Spirit would start 24 disciple making movements by 2024 among people groups that don’t yet know of His saving love.

“And foreigners who bind themselves to the Lord; and to worship him, all who keep the Sabbath without desecrating it and who hold fast to my covenant – these I will bring to my holy mountain and give them joy in my house of prayer.” (Isaiah 56:6-7) Give thanks to the Lord for His love of 6,900 unreached people groups in the world that He has planted in our hearts. Pray that the efforts of Team Expansion and her partners will cause foreigners to fix their eyes on Jesus, love and obey and be disciple makers. Pray for 24 disciple making movements among unreached people groups by 2024.
