“I lift up my eyes to the hills – where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.” (Ps 121:1-2) The Leadership Task Force convened yesterday evening and today to give thanksgiving and praise to God for he year just past and the future yet to come. Ask God to fill Team Expansion’s Leadership Task Force with divine wisdom to oversee our organization, to provide the kind of pace setting accountability and leadership that we need to advance God’s Kingdom according to His plan.
2017-03-17: God’s Wisdom.
“But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.” (James 3:17) Praise God for Team Expansion’s Leadership Task Force (board of directors). Ask God to grant wisdom, strength, good health, and perseverance to do their duties in guiding our organization as God directs them.
2017-03-16: Day of Prayer and Fasting.
Team Expansion has dedicated today as Day of Extraordinary Prayer and Fasting at Emerald Hills. Pray for our staff to come with hearts ready for praise, worship, prayers and petitions of many kinds on behalf of persecuted, nations, unreached, harvest workers, and expectations. “O Lord, let your ear be attentive to the prayer of this your servant and to the prayer of your servants who delight in revering your name.” (Neh. 1:11)
2017-03-15: Key Component at Emerald Hills.
“…the hills are clothed with gladness.” (Ps 65:12) This month Team Expansion celebrates the 8-year anniversary of our move to Emerald Hills. Give thanks to God for orchestrating the completion of the Prayer Center and Atrium. Pray that prayer will be the key component at Emerald Hills.
2017-03-14: The Message of Christ.
“In that day, the Lord Almighty will be a glorious crown, a beautiful wreath for the remnant of his people.” (Is. 28:5) There are 7,275,084,000 people in the world today. There are 16,315 people groups and 6,564 of those groups are unreached. Pray that people who are trained at Emerald Hills will be empowered to reach the unreached with the message of Christ.
2017-03-13: God’s Mission.
“Flowers appear on the earth; the season of singing has come; the cooing of doves is heard in our land.” (Song 2:12) Throughout the year, many key events are held at Emerald Hills, Team Expansion’s 61-acre campus outside of Louisville, KY. Pray that Emerald Hills will be an optimal place for prayer and reflection for missionaries on home service as well as for churches and individuals who desire to pray for the nations and God’s mission.
2017-03-12: Boldness to Overcome Embarrassment or Failure.
Pray that worker will have boldness to overcome fear of embarrassment or failure.
2017-03-11: Boldness in Witness.
Pray for boldness in witness and words for this worker so that, without fear, the Gospel is made known.
2017-03-10: Ask God to Direct.
Pray that the Lord directs that worker’s heart into His love and Christ’s perseverance.
2017-03-09: Oaks of Righteousness.
“They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor.” (Is. 61:3b) One of Team Expansion’s key result areas is to coach/train in fruitful practices for life, ministry, and church planting. Praise God for trainers, coaches and mentors devoted to disciple making and church planting. Not only are they teaching these principles, they are practicing these truths. Pray for these “oaks of righteousness” to always display God’s glory.
