Give praise to the Lord of the Harvest for raising up the seven men and women who are in training at Launch at Emerald for the second week of their two-week course. Pray that they will practice the spiritual disciplines they learn about and experience throughout Launch for building a stronger relationship with the One who has raised them up to be harvest workers.

Four more partners are needed to complete the "29" Project which funds the construction of the Prayer Center and Atrium and provides for 29 prayer gazebos on the property at Emerald Hills. Ask God to raise up the 4 remaining partners and to help those partners who have already committed to be able to give the $24,0000 which they promised.

The sale of the Hopewell House, the property which housed Team Expansion's previous office space, would be a huge benefit in off-setting the mortgage payments currently being made on the Prayer Center and Atrium at Emerald Hills. Pray that the Hopewell House might sell soon.

2009-08-09: Tasks Completed!
Praise God for the tasks that the St. Luke's work group were able to complete! By Saturday evening at 5:00 p.m. they had put two coats of paint on the posts, mulched trails, cleaned the tile in the kitchen. Give thanks for such willing, hard-working people.
