Give thanks for those veteran missionaries who allow interns and apprentices to join them in ministry. Ask God’s direction in selecting which fields to serve in for a summer and connecting with workers in developing an internship plan. Praise God for the Mobilization Team who takes care of these details from their base at Emerald Hills.

Give thanks for Pathways coaches who lead teams of interns in cross-cultural ministry. Pray that, by God’s power, these coaches are provided training at Emerald Hills that is effective in guiding their individual team of interns to engage in extraordinary prayer and serve alongside veteran workers.
Celebrate how God raises up apprentices to shadow veteran missionaries through the Quest program. Ask God to continue to provide apprentices and internships to increase the number of harvest workers so that more unreached peoples will experience the Gospel. Thank God for the opportunity to train Questers at Emerald Hills in the coming months.
Rejoice that His Spirit guides interns to participate in Team Expansion's summer Pathways program. Pray that, by God’s power, the summer experience would be a jumpstart into a life time of mission service among unreached peoples.The interns will be training at Emerald Hills the end of May. Three interns will be staying on to work at Emerald Hills during the summer.
Praise God for future servants He is preparing and raising up for their roles in missions. Ask God to empower Team Expansion to give quality investment in the lives of these new recruits so that they are productive and successful in what God has called them in advance to do. Thank God for the part Emerald Hills plays in the lives of recruits.
Praise God for enlarging and stretching our imaginations to improve internally at Emerald Hills so that we may train others in productive practices for life, ministry, and church planting. Ask God’s Sovereignty in preparing a 6 part course on coaching by the end of this month.
Praise God for developing Team Expansion’s support-raising program into such a high caliber track for launching new harvest workers into service. Ask God to continue to lead with precision each Launch at Emerald Hills to customize what is needed for each missionary family going through this training so that in preparation, they will have a life-time of successful ministry.
Give thanks for the dream of developing a debriefing program at Emerald Hills for US workers coming from an adopted culture to settle into their homeland. Ask God to provide the means and the details to make this happen.

Celebrate that God is blessing Jonathan Training and multiplying churches because of the principles put into practice. Ask His Spirit to enable Team Expansion to stage Jonathan Training for Church Planting Movements in August at Emerald Hills.
