Give thanks for veteran counselors and coaches who continually pray for and mentor Team Expansion workers. Pray for divine conversations who bring healing and restoration to those who are hurting. Pray they find relief in the Father.

Give thanks for all the volunteers who have invested in instruction and care of Third Culture Kids attending this year’s Connect gathering. Pray that the program will uplift each volunteer as well as TCK and grow their own personal relationships with Jesus Christ. 

Give thanks for keynote guests that are speaking into the lives of Team Expansion workers. Pray for open hearts and ears to listen and obey what the Holy Spirit is prompting the audience to do through messages and conversations. Pray for radical, immediate, and costly obedience.

Praise God for orchestrating every detail for Team Expansion to stage an annual event specifically for our workers and their families. This is the fourth annual gathering. Praise God that He has seen and carried through His plans to accomplish His purpose for and through this Team Expansion family connection.

Lord, just as it was when Peter preached to Gentiles in Caesarea, may thousands of Muslims receive and believe the message of Jesus Christ and the gift of the Holy Spirit be poured out on them.

“Whoever is wise, let him attend to these things; let them consider the steadfast love of the Lord.” (Psalm 107:43) Pray that entire households in Turkey would dig deep into searching for what is true and, with an open mind, consider the steadfast love of the Lord.

Making disciples in a creative access country is a long process. Praise God, that after several months of conversations, Bible studies, seeking truth, and counting the cost, *Denny made the commitment to trust Jesus and be baptized! *Denny and another believer *Nick join workers in a house church. Turkish believers are spending time in God’s Word, encouraging one another, holding one another accountable, and being the Bride of Christ. Praise God for His faithfulness. May many more Turkish people believe and form groups to multiply more disciples.

Pray that long-held strongholds of the enemy would be broken down in Jesus’s name. Lord we ask you to open the eyes that can’t see and the ears that can’t hear. Let spiritual blindness fall like scales from blind eyes and closed hearts!

Pray for the vision of a team serving among the Turkish peoples. Pray for a disciple making movement in each of the 9 urban districts of “Smyrna” by 2022.

Pray for peace and prosperity in troubled and impoverished lands, that people can live peacefully, without fear of gangs taking their daughters into prostitution or their sons into forced criminal activity. Pray that Christians will act appropriately in such circumstances in offering strategic options or exerting influence for justice and reform.
