Japan has a lower percentage of evangelical Christians than North Korea. Praise God that 26 disciple makers were trained in Tokyo and 20 in Osaka. Pray for a Disciple Making Movement to emerge in both cities and that disciples and churches would be multiplied.

Praise God for partnerships and projects that have impacted 30 of the largest cities in the world. Pray that these projects will have lasting Kingdom impact. Pray that those trained in Disciple Making Movement principles will make disciples who make disciples and plant churches in their neighborhoods and among the unreached in their cities.

Praise God for partnership between a megachurch in California and Team Expansion to impact the 30 largest cities in the world. Disciple Making Movement trainings were coordinated and implemented in 16 of these cities. Pray for funding to provide ongoing coaching and training for disciple makers trained in 12 cities around the world in 2018.

Praise God for new relationships formed and new projects developed at the Finishing the Task conference. Pray for God’s leading as Team Expansion begins to engage Unengaged/Unreached People Groups in Colombia and South Sudan.

Praise God for fruitful networking and incredible partners in the “Wellspring” ministry. Pray for safety, language, and culture acquisition for our “Wellspring” boots on the ground. Pray for provision of people of peace and open hearts and minds among the “Wellspring” people.

Galatians 2:20 says, “I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I know live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” Pray that believers in “Zephyr” would know that Jesus lives in them and that Jesus is the Son of God.

“And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God.” We praise you, Emmanuel! Your Holy Spirit is filling national after national heart, breaking into generations of darkness. Lord, we thank you for how you are making “Epiphany” new again, as Your Presence continues to grow there.

For the past few years, we have begun the New Year at International Services with 21 days of focused prayer. This year from January 14-February 3 we have been praying for our personal spiritual life and development, for our organization, and for the unreached. We have focused on spiritual awakening and revival daily. As we come to the end of our 21 days, pray that God takes us to a new level as individuals and as an organization in 2019.

Praise God for a working curriculum for an Integral Disciple Making training and continued opportunities to implement it.  Pray for more opportunities to train people in Community Health Evangelism in IDM principles so that more disciples of Jesus are multiplied.

Missionary Kid’s lives are filled with a variety of types of communication (some in other languages): conversation with their immediate family and local friends, text or video-based conversations with long distance family and friends, instruction from teachers, interactions in local community, personal conversation with God, etc. Their lives are also influenced by a variety of communications in which they do not take part: communication between their parents, their parents’ personal relationship with God, decisions made by their school and government they are living under, messages between their parents and supporting churches or sending agencies, the list goes on. Our God is the ONE who created communication and connection and desires both. Pray over our MKs’ communications and connections, especially with the ONE who matter most! Pray for MKs to experience healthy communication with their family and especially with God. Pray for MKs to use social media, messaging apps, video chats, etc in healthy ways that strengthen relationship.
