Psalm 7:9 says” O righteous God, who searches minds and hearts, bring to an end the violence of the wicked and make the righteous secure.’ There is presently little if any rule of law in the Central African Republic. Warring factions are labeled Muslim and Christian while truly this conflict in not about religion. Violence is rampant. There are more than 600,000 internally displaced people with 400,000 refugees in neighboring countries and more than 2.5 million needing humanitarian assistance. Pray for a stable government to soon be established that will enforce laws without partiality. Pray for strong advocates for peace and reconciliation. (joshuaproject.net/hotspots)

Psalm 27:1 says, “The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life, of whom shall I be afraid?” Boko Haram promotes a version of Islam that forbids Muslims to take part in any political or social activities associated with Western society. Pray for these countries that are most impacted by this insurgent group: Cameroon, Chad, Niger, and Nigeria. Pray for Christians to live boldly for Christ and minister to their Muslim neighbors. Pray that Boko Haram leaders lose their zeal to harm people in the name of their religion. Ask the Lord to open their eyes to the power and goodness of Jesus Christ. (joshuaproject.net/hotspots)

Praise God for a family of 6 to join a family of 5 to serve among people of “Liberty”. With 7 children this team is urgently looking for a nanny and teacher, specifically for a young woman who can help significantly the family with 4 children so parents can dive into language learning. Ask God to raise up a young lady interested in impacting the nations through this type of service.

Praise God for His marvelous works accomplished through the efforts of all our workers around the globe. Unreached people are encountering and choosing to follow Jesus and being transformed by His power. Pray for Team Expansion’s goal to start 80 church planting movements among unreached peoples by 2015.

Give thanks and praise to God for raising up 16 Pathways summer interns to shadow workers serving among unreached peoples. Thank the Lord for providing many opportunities for them to be Light and Love to people they met in the fields in which they served.

Celebrate the work of the Holy Spirit in implementing Jonathan Training by church planters and creative thinkers in regions where the Gospel is virtually unknown or unaccepted. Pray for the staging of Jonathan Training, both locally and globally, to speed the completion of the great commission.

Praise God for another opportunity to host Jonathan Training July 27-Aug 7 at Emerald Hills in Louisville, KY. Thank God for increasing church multiplication movements as a result of this training for team leaders and visionaries.

Praise God for His Spirit moving around the world to start 80 church planting movements among unreached peoples by the end of 2015. May God identify strategic places and apostolic leaders for abundant seed sowing.

Give the glory to God for providing Team Expansion’s home campus of Emerald Hills as a place to pray, retreat, and learn.  May all who are trained here go out with God’s purpose and God’s desire for the nations.

Jesus said in Luke 10:2-3, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest field.” Pray for God to thrust out people who walk with Jesus to make Him famous in all the earth.
