Several key church leaders and workers in Riceland are discussing ideas of merging concepts of emotional healing and maturity with church planting. Pray that God’s agents there would continue to move forward, that His will be done, and that His church would be planted and matured.

Launch is a program that gets missionary candidate on the road to serve cross-culturally with Team Expansion. Praise God for sending 11 of  His servants through the door at Emerald Hills to help prepare and equip them for success. Pray that these new workers have fruitful ministries among the unreached people groups.

Celebrate what God is accomplishing through translation projects in the Balkans. Pray for Good News to spread and that effects are far reaching.

Celebrate what God is doing among the Mien peoples to start a church planting movement.  Pray that God will raise up Mien people to translate and produce evangelistic and discipleship training materials into the Mien language.

2 Timothy 3:12 says, “In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.” Lord, remind believers and workers that persecution for the sake of Christ should be expected and bears witness to their godly lives in Christ.

Pray for the authorities in Venezuela to open their hearts to God and to reach a better agreement to improve the system to provide basic services to the population. Pray for the economic situation in Venezuela: just going to market means spending a whole month’s salary.

Give thanks for how the Holy Spirit is drawing men, women, and families to Christ. Pray God’s wisdom and blessing in starting a micro business in Santa Martha that would be another means of sharing the Gospel with the people of Peru.

 Praise God for the faith of a child. Pray for missionary kids as they face challenges and transitions of living and witnessing among people in the inner city.

Throughout the past 2 year, the team serving Syrian refugees in Jordan has assisted about 500 families, out of about 3500 who live in their area. Working alongside the local church, they are building relationships with families. Praise God or leading their evangelistic outreach and for several families already believing in the Jesus as the Son of God. Ask God for wisdom and guidance to start a church planting movement among the Syrian refugees here and in other lands.

In Taiwan, God continues to amaze with His incredible power to open doors of opportunity. From the classroom Bible stories to off-campus Bible studies, God is making it so workers can follow up with students and go deeper with them. Give the glory to God!
