It takes prayer first of all, and it takes planning, communication, stewardship, and accountability to bring about the best possible results. Ask God’s hand to lead Team Expansion in these areas for the benefit of making disciples in every tribe, tongue, and nation.

 Praise God for Christmas outreaches and events which took place around the globe in Team Expansion fields. Pray that these outreaches and events would bear much fruit for the Kingdom.

Celebrate that Christ came for the whole world to save us from sin. This Christmas Day remember the nearly 7,000 unreached people groups who have yet to hear the name of Jesus. Pray for more harvest workers to be sent out, for more resources, for translation and distribution of God’s Word, for oral Bible stories, for Christian materials in heart languages, for prayer movements, and for prayer initiatives that will make an impact among the unreached.

Praise God for each Team Expansion Field Coordinator overseeing and aiding workers in coaching and training. Pray that Field Coordinators empower workers for whom they are responsible to be sensitive to God’s leading and intentional in following that guidance. Pray God’s leading in the mental processing in gaining awareness and taking responsibility in keeping high standard.

Praise God for the spiritual openness being experienced by refugees. Pray for their eyes opened to the Truth of Jesus Christ. Pray that our teams have wisdom as they continue putting into practice fruitful tools and strategies we pray will unleash a movement toward faith in Jesus among Muslims.

Give glory to God for sending missionary candidates through Team Expansion doors to Launch for coaching and training. As we look to God for raising up workers for His harvest, we praise Him for leading experienced people to be trainers and coaches. Pray that the Training Team and all of Team Expansion continues to model disciple making and church planting principles in life and ministry.

Give thanks to God for tools like Jonathan Training, Kairos, 3/3 groups, Discipleship Training School that empowers and equips both new workers and career mission practitioners for exponential and lasting fruit.

Give praise to God for flourishing DSOTO, acronym for Discipleship School of the Outdoors. DSOTO offers practical instruction that promotes personal growth and builds teams in an outdoor learning environment.   Ask God to raise up more experiential education facilitators for outdoor the challenge course and team building program.

Praise God for opportunities He puts in place to survey new fields and visit existing works for encouragement and training. Pray that the Good News concerning the love of God might spread rapidly throughout the whole world.

To coach and train in fruitful practices for life, ministry and church planting is what Team Expansion strives to do. Praise God for the growth in training new workers for harvest fields. Pray that training and coaching makes for abundant fruit among the nations, among our workers and among partnering churches and other agencies.
