| In Zephyr, the Hausa woman is extremely marginalized. Most Hausa women are illiterate. Muslim men view women as property. Pray for these men to come to love their wives as Christ loves His church. Pray that these women will know that their Creator loves them, values them, and delights in them. |
2019-03-03: God’s Provision and Protection.
| Give thanks to God for His provision and protection for workers in Africa. Pray for His servants in West Africa and for the outreach that follows Bible translation, medical mission, and planned events. |
2019-03-02: East Africa.
Many places in East Africa must be engaged through creative access for workers due to the hostility of local religions toward Christ. Pray for new outreach initiatives in Africa among people who need the Gospel, Biblical churches, employment opportunities, and education. Pray for the workers’ sensitivity to the Spirit as well as receptive hearts of those hearing the Message.
2019-03-01: Translating Scriptures.
Praise God for providing workers for translating Scriptures and Biblical materials into North African language(s). Pray for translation projects, for the completion of projects, and for the translators in training. Pray for peace and stability in North Africa to open wide the door for work there.
2019-02-28: Thrusting Workers into the Harvest.
Praise God for thrusting new workers into His harvest fields as we repeatedly ask the Lord of the harvest to do just that. Pray for new workers to learn culture and language with deep understanding so they may communicate the Good News competently and effectively.
2019-02-27: Multiplying Training.
Praise God for multiplying training in the “It’s All About Relationship” course. Ask God to go before workers to train in far reaches of the earth. Pray for fruitful trainings that will impact myriads of unreached peoples.
2019-02-25: Hear, O Israel.
“Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. You shall love the
Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all
your might.” (Deuteronomy 6:4-5)
Jesus echoes this again in the Gospels as the most important
commandment. Pray that seekers would fight to love God with every aspect
of their lives so that they can also love others, even their enemies.
2019-02-24: Local Churches.
Praise God for local churches who partner with Team Expansion to take the Gospel to unreached peoples. Ask God to guide these partnerships as we assist churches in obeying the Great Commission by walking with them through the process of Discover/Develop/Deploy. Discovering and understanding God’s heart for the nations and His command to take the Gospel to all people. Developing and helping church members to be disciples worth multiplying who seek to know and obey God. Deploy – spread the Gospel around the block and around the world, reaching the lost in their neighborhood, their region, and in distant lands where the Gospel is not available.
2019-02-22: Praise God for What He Is Doing!
Praise God for what He is doing to draw unreached peoples to know Him intimately. Pray for launching new work in places likehe United Kingdom, South America, Africa, and other places that God reveals.
2019-02-21: Strategy Coordinator Training.
Praise God for arranging Team Expansion to provide strategy coordinator training for workers making disciples among some of the more than 64 unreached people groups in the greater New York City metropolitan area. Pray for strategies to be implemented that would bear fruit for the Kingdom, make disciples who make disciples, and plant churches that would replicate and reproduce among neighborhoods and nations.
