PACE is an acronym that stands for Pray, Activate, Commit, and Enlist. It’s an initiative aimed at bringing the Good News of Jesus to a previously unreached people group or city to the point that they have their own disciple making movement, their own collection of multiplying churches that are strong enough to reach that group or city without outside help. Team Expansion partners with churches to accomplish this difficult task. Praise God for those PACE lead churches, and pray that others would join Celebrate that, at some point in the future, with God’s power, an entire additional tribe or people group will have a witness.
2016-09-30: Housing, Training, and Missionary Kid Space.
Pray that God will provide for the current facility at Emerald Hills to be completely paid off and for the next phase of development to be funded in order to provide housing, training, and missionary kid space.
2016-09-29: Partner with Local Churches.
Over the next 10 years, we feel God is calling us to partner with local churches to double the number of workers, double the number of teams, and double the number of unreached peoples with whom we are working. Pray for this monumental outcome to happen by God’s power. Ask God to supply the resources to find, select, prepare, and send those workers.
2016-09-28: Double the Number of Workers.
Praise God that over the past few months, God has answered through help of Team Expansion leadership and good friends around the globe, “How can we double the number of workers, who will then help us multiply church planting movements?” Ask God to empower the plan in place to expand the Emerald Hills campus that will exponentially multiply the number of churches and baptisms that can happen per year around the globe.
2016-09-27: Prayer and Training Center.
Creating a fully equipped prayer and missions training center on Team Expansion’s campus is critical. Pray that God will help us listen to His voice and obey His commands as an organization.
2016-09-26: God Is Remarkable!
Praise God for how remarkable He is. From meager beginnings in Montevideo, God has raised up scores of other churches and thousands of new believers. There are now some 500 churches consisting of nearly 17,000 worshippers. Praise God for the remarkable the way the Lord can take meager seeds and multiply them into a bountiful harvest.
2016-09-25: IT Specialists.
Ask God to raise up IT specialists to assist with technological needs at Team Expansion.
2016-09-24: Wisdom for Board of Directors.
Ask God to grant wisdom to Team Expansion’s board of directors, the Leadership Task Force, as they convene at Emerald Hills for their annual meeting in March to review field and financial reports from the past year, pray, and plot direction for the coming months and years. Pray for each board member as he/she considers and advises concering the work of Team Expansion throughout the year.
2016-09-23: Best We Can Be.
Team Expansion needs your prayers in many ways. Pray that we can work together as a team and communicate well with each other. Pray that we as an organization know the steps to take to make us the best organization and team we can be. Pray for wisdom.
2016-09-22: Lambs Among Wolves.
“Go! I am sending you out like lambs among wolves.” The Lord Jesus commanded that we pray for harvest workers. Ask the Lord of the Harvest to send out workers into the harvest fields. (Luke 10:2-3).
