2016-11-13: Extremist Groups.

There are extremist groups with militant members who pose a dangerous threat worldwide. Let us pray together in th Name of Jesus that, among these radicals in Libya and other places,  God would raise up passionate evangelists who are filled with His Holy Spirit, just like He did with the Apostle Paul.

2016-11-11: Nigerian Christians.

Nearly every Sunday, Nigerian Christians face attacks as they attempt to worship God. In spite of knowing attacks are likely, these brave believers still assemble. Pray for the boldness of Nigerians and pray that attackers grow weary and uninterested in being the persecutors.

2016-11-10: Stand Firm.

It can be hard to stand firm during persecution, especially when it occurs often. Pray that believers in Eritrea will receive encouragement from God’s Word and other believers and that they will remain strong in faith.

2016-11-09: Believers in Pakistan.

Thank God for growing the number of believers in Pakistan in spite of facing persecution. Ask God’s Presence to surround those who are in prison in Pakistan for sharing the Gospel. Pray for His protection and strength for imprisoned believers and their families.

2016-11-07: Christians in Iran.

Many Christians in Iran experience persecution by non-Christian family members. Ask God to soften hearts of non-Christian family members so that they can stop persecuting their loved ones and receive Truth.

2016-11-06: Persecution.

Sometimes, persecution comes as a result of someone in a position of authority losing face. Pray that as believers in Afghanistan come together and grow and go out into their communities, they would be filled with love and respect for those in authority over them so that the true heart of God would be seen and if those in authority do seek harm for believers, there would be no legitimate reason for it.

2016-11-03: Rejoice in the Hardships.

“Indeed, all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.” (2 Timothy 3:12) Ask God to enable His children in Somalia to embrace, expect, and even rejoice in the hardships that they face for following Jesus.

2016-11-02: North Korean Christians.

Praise God for His Spirit moving and acting in areas where the Gospel is not welcome. Pray that North Korean Christians will gain a new boldness  wisdom and will seize opportunities to tell others about Jesus.
