“Save us, O LORD our God, and gather us from the nations, that we may give thanks to your holy name and glory in your praise.” Psalm106:47 is a great verse for celebrating Thanksgiving Day. Pray that Team Expansion workers worldwide feel God’s Presence and know that while they are away from family gatherings, they may have great expectation of a Thanksgiving dinner, a wedding feast of the Lamb when all families of the earth are gathered to give thanks and praise King Jesus for all eternity.

Egyptian local pastors who, in spite of heavy persecution, faithfully and creatively reach out to the poor and needy in their cities. One family runs a kindergarten, food bank, clothes closet, and sewing business from inside their church, not to mention dealing with correspondence for an international evangelistic Arabic radio program. Another local leader smuggles Bibles into a neighboring country, does evangelistic trips to the Middle East and leads church planters in another land dominated by Islam. Pray for these pastors and other Egyptian believers to remain strong, be bold, never give up hope, and experience God’s provision in every way

“But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you.” (Mt 5:44)
Wei-Xuan* has a ministry reaching out to North Korean women who have been trafficked to China. Supporting North Koreans who have left North Korea can be dangerous. Wei-Xuan* has said, “I don’t fear death. I’m a single woman and if it is necessary I don’t mind dying for this cause.” Most of the women to whom Wei-Xuan* ministers have been sold into marriage or servitude and are abused and ill-treated by their husbands/captors. Through years of experience and work, she has been connecting with these broken women and helping them begin the healing process. Ask God to heal hearts and wounds so that they may bless those who have hurt them.

Give thanks to God for the impact of the International Conference on Missions around the world. Pray for those workers searching for fields. Ask God’s direction, guidance, affirmation, and clarity in deciding where God wants them to serve.

Give thanks to God for opportunities to participate and serve at ICOM. Pray for tender hearts and loving souls. Pray for those searching for workers. Ask God to form partnerships that would strengthen the workforce and effectively spread His message among the nations.

Every year Team Expansion participates in the International Conference on Missions. Pray for this gathering in Peoria, IL Nov 16-19. Pray for divine connections between servants and mission fields.

In most cases where church multiplication movements have taken place, God’s laborers have suffered. Pray for those on the front lines of the harvest field to be mastered by a passion for God and a love for people.

Team Expansion’s Training Team plans long and hard for every training staged to equip workers. Team Leader Training is no exception. Give thanks to God for skills, talents, and gifts of each Training Team member and the quality training that guarantees results when implemented. Pray that Team Leaders are empowered, emboldened, and equipped to create environments to start disciple making movements and church multiplication movements among the nations.

Give thanks to God for trainers and facilitators at Team Leader Training. Pray for stamina, wisdom, and Spirit to facilitate and mentor their colleagues in the Gospel.
