Pray that people of Taiwan would see and believe in Jesus as their Savior and Lord of their life. 2017-12-07: Access to the Public School System.
Team Expansion workers in Taiwan have access to the public school system and neighborhood library throughout the school year. They share Godly character building principles through media and discussion. The team also reads Bible stories to preschoolers and their moms at the library. And of course, in December, the emphasis is baby Jesus coming to earth to save people from their sins. Ask God to grow these Gospel seeds being sown into fruit bearing trees, like oaks of righteousness.
2017-12-06: Christmas Season.
During the Christmas season, missionaries in Italy deliver home-made cookies and breads to their friends, neighbors, business owners, refugees, and students. They are intentional in gift-giving so that people will have opportunity to hear the Good News. Pray for Italians to taste and see that the Lord is good. Pray for disciple making movements in every district of Italy.
2017-12-05: Workers Answering God’s Call.
Praise God for workers answering God’s call to carry the Gospel into the unreached parts of the world. Pray that Christ followers all over the world will live the truth of “Emmanuel, God with us” as they go about their daily lives and as they testify of Him.

Many people among whom Team Expansion serves have never even heard Christ’s name. Pray that the light of His glory will shine in these people groups so that Jesus is revealed in ways they can comprehend and embrace.

2017-12-02: Workers in Japan.
Team Expansion workers in Japan make home-baked goods into a gift for sharing with people the story of a Savior. Their witness brings a light into their communities. Another team stages a Bible-based winter camp for teens and tweens, to share the Light of Jesus.
“The people walking in darkness have seen a great light.” (Isaiah 9:2a) Pray that every manifestation of darkness is dispelled by the light of Christ.
2018-11-29: Review, Re-Evaluate, and Plan.
International Services teams are meeting this week to review, re-evaluate, and plan for the coming year. On-field teams are also evaluating ministry plans with Field Coordinators in order to stay accountable and motivated. Pray for God-led plans to line out for discipling all nations.
2017-11-27: Leadership Team.
The Leadership Team at Team Expansion meets today and tomorrow for review of 2017 and for goalsetting for 2018. Ask God to grant spiritual insight, inspiration, and discernment for leading Team Expansion according to God’s plan.
2017-11-25: Love Your Enemies.
“But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you” (Mt 5:44). In India, radical Hinduism has increased as well as the level of intolerance to Christians. Believers are constantly under pressure to return to their old beliefs, and are often physically assaulted, sometimes killed. Protestant Christian communities are the second main target because of their involvement in outreach activities and conversions, and they also face regular attacks by radical Hindus. Pray for Indian believers to stay true to Jesus who experience both violent persecution and intense cultural pressure. Ask God to cover the national workers with His protection for spreading the Gospel.
