2018-01-02: The Lord’s Great Love.

“Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. I say to myself, “The Lord is my portion; therefore I will wait for him.” (Lamentations 3:22-24). Pray for seekers in hostile countries to have the strength, peace, and conviction to follow Jesus despite the social and physical costs.2018-

2018-01-01: New Year.

Give thanks for another NEW YEAR to serve our Lord and Savior. Pray that we know the Father’s thoughts as we prayerfully look toward stewarding 2018.

2017-12-18: Disciple Making Movements.

As the year 2017 comes to a close, give praise to God for all that He has accomplished through Team Expansion. Trusting God to go before us, pray that 2018 would be even greater in disciple making movements among the unreached and unengaged people groups.

2017-12-29: New Sisters and Brothers.

Praise God for those new sisters and brothers baptized into Christ in 2017. Ask God to supply disciple makers to mentor these babes and teach them to obey all things God has commanded in His Word. Pray that these new disciples would be disciples worth reproducing.

2017-12-28: Matthew 1:23.

“The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel – which means God with us.” (Matt 1:23) Pray for university students to fall in love with Jesus Immanuel and desire to give their lives to Him. Pray that the Holy Spirit empowers them to follow the paths of Jesus.

2017-12-25: A Child Is Born.

“For to us a child is born, …and He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6). Pray that the significance of the birth that we are celebrating will become known throughout the world.

2017-12-24: Celebrate Christ.

Celebrate that Christ came to save whole world from sin. This Christmas Eve remember the 6,900 unreached people groups who have yet to hear the name of Jesus. Pray for more harvest workers to be sent out, for more resources, for translation and distribution of God’s Word, for oral Bible stories, for Christian materials in heart languages, for prayer movements, and prayer initiatives that will make an impact among the unreached.

2017-12-22: Dear Children.

“Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth” (1 John 3:18).
Pray that Team Expansion workers in “Aslan” may be active in sharing the Gospel and their lives speak truth as they go about daily tasks.

2017-12-21: The Light Shines in the Darkness.

“The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it” (John 1:5). Consider Team Expansion workers as Christmas lights shining in the darkness, representing the Light of Jesus. Christmas produces unique conversations for Team Expansion workers around the world to talk about Jesus in a non-threatening way. Pray for boldness, opportunity, and receptive hearts.
