Praise God for the $175K granted to benefit the tsunami/earthquake victims in Japan. The grant will assist in job creation, ministry centers, and more. Praise God for this gift! May wisdom be granted to the workers in stewardship, accountability, communication, and planning so that the people of Japan may come to know and follow Jesus.
2012-10-02: New Field.
After years of prayer for a specific project in North Africa, the first potential workers are surveying the field. Praise God! Ask Him to continue to guide the plans and strategies. Pray for this possible new work to be successful in making disciples of Jesus and multiplying churches among peoples that this project with touch.
2012-10-01: 80 Church Planting Movements.
As we pray, expecting the Mighty Warrior to conquer areas where 80 church planting movements will spring up by 2015, agree with Team Expansion in prayer that His Spirit of strength and power would cause this organization to excel in planning, communication, stewardship, and accountability so that more unreached people groups may hear the message, believe, and join the army of the LORD.
2012-09-30: Dream Big.
Praise God for the big dreams and aspirations He constantly puts into our imaginations. Pray that by God’s power, these dreams become real and true to life, dreams to expand language acquisition and debriefing programs so that all Team Expansion workers may be coached, trained, and mentored in fruitful practices for life, ministry, and church planting.
2012-09-29: Missionary Kids.
Praise the Lord for establishing a caring Missionary Kids Ministry. Pray that, through children’s training during Launch and other events and activities, families are well prepared and equipped to uproot and move into a different culture for the purpose of spreading the Gospel among peoples who haven’t yet heard of Jesus.
2012-09-28: Talents, Gifts, and Skills.
Gratefully acknowledge the myriad of talents, gifts, and skills that the Lord has given to servants within our organization. Pray for opportunities as well as funding for our workers to be up-skilled so that they might in turn sharpen skills of others in fruitful practices for life, ministry, and church planting.
2012-09-26: Field Coordinators.
Thank God for Field Coordinators who shepherd specific workers in a particular region or people group. Pray that God enables us to provide appropriate training and tools for our FCs so they are empowered to mobilize, coach, and encourage the teams for whom they are responsible.
2012-09-19: Rejoice.
Rejoice in the Lord as He increases His work force for reaching the remaining 6900+ unreached people groups with His Good News.
2012-09-18: Pathways Interns and Quest Apprentices.
Give thanks and praise for future Pathways interns and apprentices for Quest. Pray that God will use these internship programs to prepare workers for life ministry among unreached peoples
2012-09-17: Coordinator for Pathways and Quest Programs.
Praise God for His hand in the ongoing development of Pathways and Quest training for shadowing cross-cultural workers. Ask God to identify a coordinator for overseeing these internship programs.
