Today is Team Expansion’s Day of Prayer and Fasting. As our staff gathers for praise and intercession, ask God to put up a hedge of protection around our thoughts and hearts so our focus is clear and uninterrupted.
2014-07-30: Partnerships in Translation Projects.
As we look at what is happening in the nations, praise God and give thanks for partnerships in translation projects among the Crimean Tatar of Ukraine. Pray for God’s protection over the publishing house, so it may continue to distribute Scriptures and Crimean Tatars may be transformed by His Word.
2014-07-29: Connections Trip to Perea.
Praise God for opportunities for participants to make a Connections trip to Perea in August. Pray for success in service, in relationship building, and in prayer.
2014-07-28: Jonathan Training
Praise God for another opportunity to host Jonathan Training 28-Aug 8 at Emerald Hills in Louisville, KY. Give thanks for the way God is increasing church planting movements as a result of this training for team leaders and visionaries
2014-07-27: Bible Studies in Mien Language.
Praise God that a set of 45 Bible stories have been completed in the Mien language. Pray for the process of making audio recordings of each story on different tracks to be used in story telling environments where there are Mien people. Pray for this project to bear fruit for years to come.
2014-07-26: Relationships and Partnerships.
Praise God and give thanks for relationships and partnerships between Bible translators. Pray for the ongoing work of Good News Publishing in Uganda in translating Scriptures, Christian literature, along with children’s versions and coloring books to ensure that the people of Uganda may use God’s Word to live by.
2014-07-25: Vibrant Church Planting Movement.
Celebrate the vibrant church planting movement taking place among the Warao people of Venezuela. Pray for the completion of the Old Testament translation into the Warao language.
2014-07-24: Rejoice!
Rejoice that by God’s power there are Christian workers and national believers in a predominantly Muslim country of Africa. Pray for the completion of translation of the books of Luke and Acts into the heart language of Middle Atlas Berbers and eventually of the entire Old and New Testaments.
2014-07-23: Two Pathways Interns.
Give thanks to God for the 2 Pathways interns serving International Services this summer. Pray their experience will propel them into full time mission service among unreached peoples.
2014-07-22: The Goodness of God.
Praise God for His goodness in sending out Pathways interns to serve in Cincinnati inner city work this summer. Pray the Lord gives them strength & blesses them with peace (Ps 29:11).
