Give thanks and praise to God for igniting church planting movements among unreached peoples. Ask God to enable Team Expansion to reach an organizational goal of 80 CPMs by 2015.
2014-10-03: Organizational Goals.
Celebrate the skilled workers and gifted teams that are being effective in making disciples of all nations. Pray for 100 churches, 1000 baptisms, and 18,500 in attendance mission wide this year.
2014-10-02: Youth Meetings.
We want to praise God for the locally led weekly youth meetings in Taipei and Taichung that are building off the momentum of Sports and English camp this past summer. Pray for the youth as they often face persecution and ridicule for their faith. Pray that they will be a light for Jesus in their families and schools.
2014-10-01: Taipei.
Give praise to God for the leaders of the house church network in Taipei. His church is growing, reproducing, and thriving without direct missionary involvement as there are no Team Expansion missionaries living in that area anymore! Pray that the church continues growing in the Lord, spreading the Gospel, and leading others to do the same.
2014-09-30: Field Coordinators.
Give thanks and praise God for faithful and diligent overseers making up Team Expansion’s Leadership Task Force. Ask God’s hand to orchestrate their lives and personal ministries to bring glory to His name. Pray for Leadership Task Force to be overflowing with love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
2014-09-29: Leadership Team.
“I will praise the Lord, who counsels me; even at night my heart instructs me.” (Psalm 16:7) God is great and good to counsel the Leadership Team at Team Expansion. Pray that this team of leader will continue to hear and listen to the Spirit’s counsel as they convene on most Mondays at 1pm and as they commune with God on a daily basis.
2014-09-28: Missionary Kids.
Give thanks and praise God for whole families that serve together on mission field. Pray that God cultivates in missionary kids patience with the Lord as they grow in their faith.
2014-09-26: The Harvest Is Plentiful.
“The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest field.” Luke 10:2. Pray for more harvest workers – pray for people who walk with Jesus to make Him famous in all the earth.
2014-09-27: Christian Businessmen.
“When you have eaten and are satisfied, praise the LORD your God for the good land he has given you.”(Deuteronomy 8:10) Praise God the Lord for providing Christian businessmen to teach nationals to self-sustain. Ask God to fill the need for a manager for multiple pork production facilities to expand across a country in SE Asia.
2014-09-25: Praying Extrordinarily.
Give thanks and praise God for teaching us to pray extraordinarily. What a joy and privilege to participate 10 times a year in Team Expansion’s designated Day of Prayer and Fasting. Pray that International Services staff will be especially attentive to the Holy Spirit’s voice while praising and praying in regards to the persecuted church, specific countries, world leaders, harvest workers, organizational goals, and unreached peoples.
