A prayer initiative in Taiwan encourages people around the world to set alarms and pray at 10:02 each day. They chose 10:02 based on Luke 10:2 “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest field.” As a result of these prayers, people entrenched in the hopeless worship of many false gods are finding hope in Jesus Christ.

At end of 2013, workers within Spain launched a cultural center. Since the time the center was opened, more than 50 adults have come through the doors and participated in different activities. Workers have shared testimonies with several of these people and have shared Bible stories with even more. A Bible study takes place every Thursday night. Hours are spent in prayer and different prayer activities. Tears have been shed as people have drawn close to God. There are now several believers at different stages of growth in their faith.

One of the most recently launched prayer initiatives is already seeing God do great things. On Palm Sunday 2014, people from 6 denominations gathered to worship and praise God and hear the Word preached. For the first time ever, the people of the AP province witnessed a choir whose members were all from one previously unreached people group. Praise God! He is at work and is doing a mighty work among the people of AP province in this Asian country.

Give thanks to God for coaches and trainers dedicated to mentoring career cross-cultural workers. Ask God to bless each facilitator to speak clearly and passionately so that Launch candidates may fully understand and use what is learned in preparation for serving among unreached people groups. Thank God for the successful completion of the first full week of training at Emerald hills in this new year!

Give praise and thanks to God for opportunities to train and coach new mission practitioners. Pray that Launch (Jan 5-16) is effective in equipping and encouraging individuals and families for life/ministry among unreached peoples.

Praise God for the multiplication of Unleashed for the Unreached, the increase in awareness of nearly 7000 unreached people groups who lack the means of ever hearing the Gospel, and the amplified prayer for unreached peoples. Pray for the effectiveness of the U4theU web cast in promoting prayer for the unreached, promoting unity among PACE lead churches, and building camaraderie and partnerships.

Give God the glory for providing Team Expansion’s home campus of Emerald Hills as a place to pray, retreat, and learn. Pray that all who are trained here may go out with God’s purpose and God’s desire for the nations.

Praise God for what He has done in and through our organization making it possible to touch over 40 countries, as well as be involved in seeing the Holy Spirit work to transform lives. Ask God to ignite 80 church planting movements in places where there are none.

Give thanks to God for raising up workers as we continue to pray for more harvesters among the unreached. Offered 4x a year, Launch is a 2 week preliminary training for Team Expansion candidates. We praise God for sending new workers through our door. As we kick off the new year with Launch Jan 5-16, pray for alert minds and eager hearts.

Celebration is due – in an initiative birthed in North Africa, over 111,000 people have joined in a prayer network to lift one particular Muslim country before the throne of God. Within that country, there are now Kairos graduates and trained facilitators who are propelling their own people into a worldview that is setting the country on fire with the Gospel. There are more than 5000 people who have visited a website pointing them toward Jesus, and more than 300 Bible downloads from that website and more than 80 motivated seekers looking for the truth. Praise God for His powerful work through prayer!
