A worker in Japan is giving private English lessons to a young man whose family business is restoring ancient Japanese temples. Pray for opportunities to introduce him to our Temple Rebuilder.

Praise God that He has used the 2013 tragedy of a record-breaking earthquake and a record-breaking typhoon in the Philippines to open doors to the Gospel. People groups that our team did not know a year ago are now exposed to the Gospel. Since tragedy struck, they have seen multiple churches start and hundreds of people stepping into a new faith. Focus has shifted from disaster relief to soul-winning and church planting in disaster-struck areas.

Celebrate that believers are building up the temple of the Lord in remote rural villages of South Asia. A “church” or Prayer House encourages the faith of new believers. It also states to the community that we mean business and are here to stay. Therefore, an evangelistic team is sensing that now is the correct time to build. Pray for God’s leading in selecting materials for construction that has integrity in use and stewardship. Ask God to supply all construction needs to cover the cost of building Prayer Houses in every village in the region.

Praise God for all the donations and volunteers that it has taken to make the new school launched in a Muslim land a wonderful place to educate children from all nationalities. Praise God the kids are doing well in school. Their character is being developed.

Kairos is growing in schools, colleges, and churches both locally and internationally – Praise God! Pray that Kairos participants here at Emerald Hills this week not only catch a vision for cross=cultural missions, but also become fruitful, active ambassadors for Christ.

One team in North Africa is actively seeking the establishment of seven churches in their country. The nation is more than 99% Islamic, but there has been a surge of people who are spiritually seeking in the last few years. Pray for seven new churches independent of foreign resources, churches that embrace the model of going, making disciples, baptizing, and teaching obedience to all, as Jesus commanded.

CHE stands for Community Health Evangelism. It is a method/strategy for evangelism and church planting that combines practical lessons in health, farming, and other areas with Biblical teaching. Pray for discussion groups to form in the areas CHE is being implemented so that they may lead to conversations and house churches that multiply themselves.

Praise God for providing resources through generous, so that His message goes out to the nations. Ask God to supply the needs of each harvest worker, both veteran and apprentice, to do the work God has called each one to do.

For more than 5 years Team Expansion has been praying, partnering, and progressing to this point of having a team in place to reach a people that will be more culturally suited to reach their Muslim neighbors to the south. Pray for young African men from surrounding villages receiving intense Bible and ministry training to communicate the Gospel effectively to others in their villages.

Pray for the Mien is an initiative targeting the Mien of Southeast Asia is resulting in the Mien reaching their own people. Simple house churches and small groups are springing up throughout the land. Mien Christians are participating in church planting and multiplication movement training. In an area of intense persecution, the Gospel is continuing to spread and transform lives. What a mighty God we serve!
