Praise God for the Missionary Kid Coordinator and MK volunteers who love on missionary kids and help to prepare children for living cross-culturally. Many of these missionary families opt to home school. Pray that MK Coordinator is empowered to improve resources for MK education for parents’ encouragement and support, and for MKs holistic well being.

God continues to amaze by the way He networks and connects people and partnerships with Team Expansion. Praise God for opening doors to expand sphere of influence in Muslim regions like the Middle East and North Africa. Pray that these connections and partnerships will be fruitful in bringing people of Muslim background to the feet of a compassionate Friend and Redeemer.

Celebrate that in 2014 there were 40 new workers trained: 23 attending Launch (Team Expansion’s deputation program), 8 Quest apprentices and 9 missionary kids. This year, ask God to honor our prayer for a target number of 100 new workers through mobilization and recruitment.

Praise the Lord for a church planting movement that is thriving in Peru. The baton is being passed to the nationals. Pray for rapid multiplication of disciple makers among the Peruvians in Santo Domingo, Trujillo, and beyond so that every people group of Peru would have a chance to experience the transformational love of Jesus Christ.

Say a prayer of thanksgiving for each volunteer. As with many non-profit organizations, Team Expansion would not exist without prayer or masses of volunteers who dedicate time, resources, and energy to her purpose, mission and goals – transforming communities among unreached peoples by planting Biblical churches. Yet more volunteers are needed. Ask God to increase our pool of kitchen workers and home stay hosts, missionary kid caregivers, administrative assistants, and more.

Celebrate the growing prayer ministry of Team Expansion and the privilege of prayer. Ask God to identify more prayer associates, more prayer coordinators for prayer initiatives, and more intercessors for the Prayer Force and the Missionary Kid Prayer Force. In addition, pray for inspiration from the Holy Spirit to compile prayer guides for daily, weekly, and monthly publications for mobilizing prayer for the unreached.

Give thanks to God for 10 individuals undertaking responsibility of Team Expansion’s Leadership Task Force (aka board of directors). Pray that they be wise in shepherding our organization by the Spirit’s leading for reaching unreached people groups with the Savior’s love.

Give thanks and praise God for our Financial Director and for the way He enabled her to get a massive amount of work done in order to get W-2s prepared for every Team Expansion worker. Pray for her now as she prepares reports to present to the Leadership Task Force in March.

“He never changes or casts a shifting shadow. He chose to give birth to us by giving us his true word. And we, out of all creation, became his prized possession” (James 1:17-18). God’s love for the lost never changes. His love is resolute. Pray for everyone on earth to have access to God’s Word in their heart language and for that day to come quickly.

Rejoice in the Lord for identifying about 950 prayer warriors for the Team Expansion Prayer Force. Ask God to continue to increase the number of intercessors to 1000 and more.
